Hi there. The heading advertises this fridge/freezer as 512L, but the description/ specs say it is 432L capacity. Is there an error, why is there a discrepancy?

In the description it explains that the 432L is the total net capacity while the 512 is the total gross capacity. These specs have been checked and reflect the manufacturers Belling's guide. Does this unit need to be plumbed in to mains?

Is the previous answer really correct? 200mm clearance to the side walls? Here are my questions - do the doors open within the width of the fridge? How far open do you have to have the doors to pull out the drawers? Thanks

Hi Kath, thanks for your questions. The doors can open outside the width of the fridge, which is why the additional 200mm clearance is advised either side. The drawers run the width of the fridge with approx 50mm clearance either side. You can pull the drawers out when the doors are open at 90°. Hope this helps.

How much clearance do you need for the doors when open?

Hi there, thanks for asking a question. When the doors are opened they open to 1384mm wide. It is advisable for there to be 50-70mm of space from the back to the wall, at least 300mm from the top, at least 200mm from either side to the wall and to allow a clear space at the front to allow the doors to open at 130°.
